With 15 years of experience and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Nick Dunning is an exceptional Restoration Project Manager and has been with Karins since 2006.
With experience in repair design and construction administration, Nick offers a wide variety of services essential to building projects. Nick is responsible for administrative tasks and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Sarasota office and its restoration staff. His main focus is the development and strengthening of client relations throughout the Sarasota and Manatee County region.
Jay Dimercurio has over 38 years of experience in building design, design project management and design office management, with knowledge extending to multiple market segments and a variety of building designs.
Since joining the Karins team in 2006, Jay has worked in the Sarasota area as the Engineering Manager while mentoring staff, scheduling and estimating projects, and acquiring knowledge of multiple design codes, including foreign codes.
