Pointe Pass-A-Grill Condominium Repair

Karins provided services to the Pass-A-Grill condominium that needed major concrete restoration on its balconies, walkways, and stairwells. Due to marine shore breezes the concrete became chloride contaminated, causing corrosion of the reinforcing steel. We used an impressed-current cathodic protections system to create a permanent solution.
