His expertise spans electrical distribution, emergency power, renewable energy systems, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems, with a strong command of national and local codes. He oversees quality control, staffing, scheduling, budgets, and risk management while also directing Karins Engineering’s Energy Services division, where he conducts energy audits, develops conservation and renewable energy strategies, and evaluates emerging technologies and financial programs to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions.
