This is a 19 story multi-family condominium building is constructed with cast-in-place concrete and masonry.
The first phase of work included repairing the concrete and stucco and waterproofing the common area, pool plaza deck and parking garage. The next phase consisted of completing the exterior renovation of the tower including repairing the concrete, stucco and some metal framing, and waterproofing all balconies.
Following the completion of the wall and balcony repairs, the entire building was coated with a commercial grade acrylic paint system.
