This is a twelve story multi-family condominium building with 102 units constructed with cast-in-place concrete and masonry.
This complete exterior restoration and waterproofing project consisted of extensive concrete repairs including re-casting the entire balconies in some locations, replacing all existing aluminum railings, applying waterproofing membranes at all balconies, replacing all sealants and re-coating the entire building with DOW All-Guard Silicone Coating System.
Karins also coordinated removal and replacement of the hurricane shutters in order to conduct the concrete repairs. The total concrete repair was about 2,500 feet.
