Seascape of Sanibel

Built in 1986 and located on the west end of Sanibel Island, Seascape includes three residential buildings with three stories each, and six units in each story.

Karins worked with the board to develop a cost effective method addressing the structural issues of the three buildings including major post tension, slab and column repairs.

When the project was complete, the owners received a solution that protected the new and existing concrete, post tension cables and reinforced steel.
