The building consists of 13 stories over parking with 94 residential units.
Karins Engineering restored the entire building envelope of The Constellation Condominium in St. Pete Beach, Florida. The project included exterior structural concrete restoration, repair, sealant and painting of the building and metal roof mansards, as well as waterproofing/ gemstone installation on walkways and balconies and replacement of aluminum guardrails.
The structural system of the building is comprised of reinforced concrete columns and slabs, shear walls and infill CMU walls and painted stucco as the exterior veneer. The building has a flat roof with metal mansards and metal fascia on the exterior perimeter.
